Beautiful Vintage Soviet Lomonosov Hand-painted Porcelain Red-Breasted Goose also called the Arctic Goose
8" L x 5" H In as New Condition In Russia, this goose is called the Kazarka. One of the most beautiful Geese in the world.
This porcelain company, under one name or another, has been producing since 1744. In 2005 the name was changed back to the Imperial Porcelain Manufactory.
I have been lucky enough to see this beautiful living "Arctic Goose" at several waterfowl collections and think that they are the most beautiful goose in the world.
