It is hand-sculpted and hand-painted by Sally who is an internationally known parrot expert and artist. Her work is highly collectible and most of her Tongue-in-Beak pieces have been sold ... especially African greys!

Shipping includes handling and insurance (if available). I pack everything very carefully using quality packing supplies. I insure most items for what they sell for. I send everything through the USPS. If something is lost or if it arrives broken or damaged contact me first and then you will need to take the item and packaging to the post office to start the process of getting your money back.
